This workshop follows a structured process designed to condense months of requirement gathering into just a few days.

Through this collaborative exercise, the scope of the project will be determined and will be executed across multiple sprints.

This collaborative workshop is a team-level or organisational-level workshop and not an individual-level training session. The audience for this workshop should be a group of people which includes one person who is a Decision-Maker.
