Sophia: From Novice to Campaigner
I had the exciting opportunity to launch Facebook campaigns for the "GenAI Essentials for Educators" course. As someone new to Facebook Ad Manager, I navigated its functions, from setting up audience targeting to analyzing performance metrics. Each campaign launch includes the audience targeting, creative messaging, and budget optimization to forge connections that resonated deeply with educators. This project deepened my understanding of how to use Facebook Ad Manager, learning how to navigate its various features and tools effectively.
This internship experience has been incredibly rewarding. Looking back, I'm proud of the work I've done in promoting the “GenAI Essentials for Educators” course. I'm excited to apply the knowledge and skills I've acquired to future marketing campaigns.
Quincy: Mastering Facebook Ads with AI: Boosting Traffic and Engagement
I had the opportunity to further apply AI practices in setting up and optimizing Facebook Ads, building on some prior experience I had in this area. First, AI tools like Meta Advantage+ and Facebook Audience Insights helped define my objectives and target audience by analyzing interests, behaviors, and demographics. Once the target audience was set, AI assisted in brainstorming and testing ad captions using tools like ChatGPT, ensuring that the messaging resonated with the audience. As the campaign progressed, AI continuously monitored performance, refining targeting and suggesting adjustments in real time, which helped drive more clicks and increase traffic. By leveraging AI at every stage, I was able to create more efficient and personalized Facebook ads that attracted more users. I believe this internship experience has strengthened my skills in applying AI to real business cases, giving me valuable insights into how AI can be used to optimize and drive results in marketing strategies.
Aviraj: A Journey of Learning Video Editing and Leveraging AI for Content Creation
I had the opportunity to dive into the world of video editing from scratch and explore the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in content creation. This experience not only sharpened my technical skills but also helped me discover how AI could enhance creative workflows.
When I started, I had no experience in video editing, and I felt overwhelmed by the prospect of learning software like CapCut. The first two weeks were challenging as I familiarized myself with basic editing tasks such as cutting, cropping, and adding transitions. However, through constant practice and the support of tutorial videos, I gradually became more confident in editing footage and creating coherent video content.
What truly stood out during this internship was the role of AI and softwares like InVideo.AI in streamlining the content creation process. I used AI-powered tools to assist with brainstorming, scriptwriting, and keyword generation for SEO. The combination of human creativity and AI’s automation capabilities helped me work more efficiently and produce high-quality content faster.
Jemmie: Bridging AI and Education: My Digital Marketing Internship Journey
I engaged in digital marketing campaigns aimed at promoting AI-powered teacher training programs. My primary focus was on email marketing and LinkedIn outreach, ensuring that our “GenAI Essentials for Educators” course reached the right audience—school administrators and educators.
One of my key responsibilities was executing email campaigns by GMass, where I learned how to personalize outreach, conduct A/B testing for subject lines, and track engagement metrics. By analyzing open rates, click rates, and response patterns, I optimized our messaging strategy to increase conversions. Additionally, I managed LinkedIn outreach efforts, identifying key decision-makers in schools and crafting tailored messages to encourage course sign-ups.
Throughout this internship, I not only gained hands-on experience in cold outreach and campaign analytics but also deepened my understanding of how AI-powered training is transforming education. I’m excited to carry forward these insights and apply my skills in future marketing campaigns.
Tanvi: Bringing Ideas to Life: Crafting Social Media Content
I had the exciting opportunity to create engaging social media content, from memes to promotional posts, aimed at boosting brand awareness and audience engagement. This experience allowed me to explore the intersection of creativity, digital marketing and audience psychology while leveraging AI-driven tools for content generation.
From the beginning, I focused on understanding how different content formats resonate with online audiences. Memes, for instance, required a balance of humor and relevance, ensuring they not only entertained but also subtly conveyed key messages about DeepDive Labs and its initiatives. I experimented with trending templates, adapted internet humor to align with our branding.
Beyond memes, I also worked on designing visually appealing social media posts, incorporating tools like Canva to brainstorm catchy captions and engaging copy. The goal was to make each post visually compelling while effectively communicating our message.
This internship has been a deep dive into the nuances of digital content creation, helping me understand how to craft content that not only grabs attention but also fosters meaningful engagement. I have learned the importance of adapting messaging to different platforms, analyzing performance metrics to gauge content effectiveness and utilizing AI to streamline the creative process. Looking ahead, I’m excited to apply these skills in future content marketing roles, continuing to blend creativity with strategy to drive impactful digital campaigns.
